I had very good experience with Triad for EV Charger (Tesla universal wall connector) installation at garage. Just gave them call and they came home on scheduled time to provide estimate. Once agreed they came for installation at desired location at garage. They always keep me informed when their electrician will be visiting home via text. They took care of permit. Also, provided guideline and steps to apply for Duke EV charger rebate program. Very friendly people.Thanks

We had Triad install our tesla home charger and they were great. It only took them a short time to come up with a quote (after send them pictures) and give us an installation date, they were also the most affordable and responsive. They followed up promptly and made sure everything was sorted out for us.

I found them doing a Google search and their service was excellent.They were on time, very professional and they clearly communicated what they were going to do. I had them install a Tesla charger in my garage and their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a Tesla charger and whole-house surge protector installed by Triad Electrical Services, and the experience was excellent. Harvey handled the assessment professionally, and Craig completed the installation quickly and with precision. Both products look and operate perfectly. Triad also assisted with the Duke Energy rebate process, ensuring all permits were in order. I couldn’t recommend this company and their team more highly and will definitely call them again for future electrical needs.

Craig and his crew were efficient during a day long job that involved installing brand new outdoor outlets and circuits, crawling under the house, fishing cable through the garage, installing outdoor lights, and putting in a 220 volt electric car charger. Definitely will use again.

Update 10/31/2024 Three technicians came out and installed sconces at our front entrance and also our driveway; they hung a fan on our porch and swapped out front porch drop lights for flush-mount lights put on a separate circuit; installed two LED integrated fixtures in our laundry room, installed an outlet in our pantry, and installed a dozen trim kit upgrades on our recessed lighting throughout the home. The also installed a larger transformer and resolved a chronic doorbell issue with the installation of a RingPro doorbell system. They worked very quickly and were very affordable. They swapped out a fluorescent light fixture in an upstairs closet and then had to come back and replace the fixture they installed because it was defective. They did so at no additional charge. The technicians worked well with our door installers, and were very professional, attentive to our needs, and happy to explain what they were doing. They had to work in our crawl space four times, with only a 2.5-foot clearance and had to go the length of the home. They remained cheerful and got everything accomplished. Triad Electric has our business for any electrical work needed and they deliver excellent quality and an affordable price. We recommend them highly! 03/15/2024 We had three technicians sent out to hang 2 fans (15-foot ceiling), a chandelier (18-foot ceiling), two garage LED four-foot light fixtures on a 15-foot ceiling, two flush-mount light fixtures in hallway and a room, add a dimmer switch, and repair a short and replace bulbs for corner-mount exterior floodlights. All of the work was accomplished in three hours and the quality of the work, and the courtesy of the electricians, was outstanding. They sought our input on placement, hanging height, and location of furniture they needed to move out of the way. We give them our highest recommendation - A+ on all categories for this type of job. We plan to have them return for some additional work as soon as it can be scheduled.

An on- time, efficient, and effective group. The crew arrived as scheduled, quickly laid out the tasks at hand, and then went to work to finish the job. Despite challenges given by structural complexities, they accomplished the work without delay. An excellent job overview and follow-up procedures were provided. Good crew, good job! They were very communicative and knowledgeable from the first consultation to the install day. The person who gave me a quote was also able to recommend a reliable charger for me to purchase since I had no idea what I wanted or needed. The entire install took maybe 3 hours and I’ve had no issues with my ChargePoint home charger since then.

They explained the process to me, did their work, and at the end verified that the job was done to my satisfaction (checked the charger worked). Triad electrical services are great! They installed an EV charging outlet in my garage back in April of 2023. I had no issues until now, when the outletrandomly stopped working. After reaching out, they were at my house within 24 hours. They fixed it up and installed a new outlet for me at no charge.

highly recommend Triad Electrical Services for installing an EV charger! they were able to give an estimate a few days after my request and scheduled installation 2 weeks later. The technician also helped me pick out an EVSE that would work for my electrical panel and told me what to look for when choosing a charger. They are amazing in their communication and provide accurate arrival windows. They also came in significantly below the other two estimates I got, and I was pleased with the result! I’ll definitely be a return customer for other electrical needs in the future.

They did a great job installing my ev charger and even though I didn’t realize I was missing the charger cable, they did all the work and calmly told me to come call them when the part came in. Highly recommend. They provided a free and fair estimate, completed the work, which included installing a new electrical panel, adding recessed lights in our office and a ceiling fan in our guest room, upping the amps to our stove, and more, in less than 6 hours, and left me with the lights back on. The hardest part was waiting for the county inspector to arrive. They were professional, friendly, and efficient! Would use again.

Triad Electrical installed a wired EV charger for me. I have to say, they are one of THE best service companies I have ever used. Communication was always prompt, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and all appointments were on time. The install was done with top quality and care for the property. They handled all permits and inspections and provided me with the details to claim my rebate from Duke Energy. Excellent experience all the way around. Extremely pleasant experience with these folks! Called a handful of places to get quotes on installing an outlet for an EV Charger and Triad was head and shoulders above everyone in ease and a stress-free experience.Customer service from the first call was extremely personable and friendly, scheduling was very easy (with tighter windows than the 4 hours others give you), and service was quick and proper.They handle everything for you and keep you informed. Regular reminders for upcoming service keeps me from wondering if they'll show up. The electricians were also very kind and friendly and did great work.Not a world where I wouldn't give Triad Electrical Services a 10/10 and would recommend them to everyone!

I couldn't be happier with the install. I got a ev charger installed. The fuse box was on the outside of my house behind the garage,and I ran the 240 to the garage door. I got a bunch of quotes from other electricians and electrical companies. They did the work for 1000s less. They broke a fuse switch replaced it no cost, they installed a whole home surge protector, and my 240 line for my car. Passed inspection, and it was still all cheaper by 1000s then 4 other quotes. I highly recommend getting a quote from them before you settle on a service.
