Amazing Experience with Triad Electrical Services – Highly Recommended!I can’t say enough good things about Triad Electrical Services! They recently installed my Tesla Wall Charger, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.I first heard about them from a friend, and when I called, I was immediately impressed by how courteous and professional they were. Right from the start, they made me feel like a valued customer. They were super busy, and my initial appointment was almost a week away, but due to a last-minute emergency that required me to be out of town, I asked if there was any chance of moving it up.And this is where Harvey—the real MVP—went above and beyond! He somehow managed to squeeze me into their packed schedule, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. On installation day, he and his team showed up right on time (if not a little early!) and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional, and just overall awesome people to deal with. The installation was smooth, and my charger has been working perfectly ever since.What really stood out was how helpful and informative they were throughout the process. They made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and even shared that they are approved by Duke Energy, which just adds to their credibility.If you need a Tesla charger installation (or any electrical work, honestly), these are the people to call. I had several items on my electrical project list so I started looking for a good Electrical Company.Triad Electrical provided a pleasant communication as well as lining me up with an experienced estimator to evaluate my project.The estimate for the list on my projects was very fair and I also had a great experience with the technicians that came out to perform the work. Craig and Matt worked very efficiently together to complete the items on my list. They were also very professional and friendly. They provided professional information about the items they installed and they cleaned up very nicely!I would definitely use again and I highly recommend Triad electrical!

Great service!! Talked to someone on my first attempt to contact, they sent out someone to quote the work and followed up with completing the job all within a week! Most companies took a week for the quote appointment! Teams were very professional and clean! HIGHLY recommend them!

I found them doing a Google search and their service was excellent.They were on time, very professional and they clearly communicated what they were going to do. I had them install a Tesla charger in my garage and their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.They took care of the inspection themselves and everything went smoothly and they helped me with applying for the rebate from Duke power.

Scheduling the estimate was a breeze, they communicated clearly about timing, and the electrician, Craig (Navy Veteran), was professional and efficient. This was my second time working with Triad Electrical Services and they are fantastic. My first call was to install a Tesla charger for my car which they installed and did a fantastic job. Every detail of their work was done with precision and efficiency. The team works very well together and keeps you posted about the work being performed.The second job was a complete replacement of my 40+ year old North Hills home’s breaker box/panel after losing power while temperatures were dipping below freezing. They arrived within hours of my call. They worked with Duke power to diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution. They were here to resolve the issue in less than 12 hour.If you have any electrical issues please give their team a call. They are my go to for all electrical work.Five stars is not enough. ⭐️

They were early for the appointment which resulted in an early job completion! They talked through everything before installing the EV charger and helped me register everything. Very detail oriented and very nice installer. 10/10 will use them again!

Chris and his team were punctual, professional and very communicative. I chose Triad specifically because of the level of explanation that Chris took the time and effort to communicate to me. Not to mention, he told me about the Duke Energy program that can reimburse some of the cost of EV home charging installations, something no other contractor bothered to mention. I paid a few dollars more than I could have, but I got way more value. Not to mention the installation was done with commercial grade products. Highly recommend Triad. Already lining them up for my next project.ETA: I just had Triad come out and install a sub panel and EV circuit at my new home and they are still 5 stars. On time, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased to have been recommended to Triad Electrical. The installed a charging station in my garage which turned out to be quite a challenge since my garage is some distance from my house. The electricians worked so hard for hours trying to design the best way to get this done and were super careful with my property and did a great job to be sure I was informed along the way. I’ll be using them whenever I need electrical work in the future. Strongly recommend.

When they were recommended to us by BMW for an EV charger install, I wondered "how different could they really be?" They were awesome, handling the estimate, planning, advice, install, and followup permitting and Duke Energy reimbursement paperwork flawlessly. Would gladly recommend again.

Their electricians repaired my electrical issue very quickly and tested all outlets on that circuit with a diagnostic tool. They found a minor issue and repaired it.I’m very happy with their work and I plan to call them and make a new appointment to add an outside outlet.

I had very good experience with Triad for EV Charger (Tesla universal wall connector) installation at garage. Just gave them call and they came home on scheduled time to provide estimate. Once agreed they came for installation at desired location at garage. They always keep me informed when their electrician will be visiting home via text. They took care of permit. Also, provided guideline and steps to apply for Duke EV charger rebate program. Very friendly people.Thanks

It only took them a short time to come up with a quote (after send them pictures) and give us an installation date, they were also the most affordable and responsive. They followed up promptly and made sure everything was sorted out for us.

I recently had a Tesla charger and whole-house surge protector installed by Triad Electrical Services, and the experience was excellent. Harvey handled the assessment professionally, and Craig completed the installation quickly and with precision. Both products look and operate perfectly. Triad also assisted with the Duke Energy rebate process, ensuring all permits were in order. I couldn’t recommend this company and their team more highly and will definitely call them again for future electrical needs.

Craig and his crew were efficient during a day long job that involved installing brand new outdoor outlets and circuits, crawling under the house, fishing cable through the garage, installing outdoor lights, and putting in a 220 volt electric car charger. Definitely will use again.

Update 10/31/2024 Three technicians came out and installed sconces at our front entrance and also our driveway; they hung a fan on our porch and swapped out front porch drop lights for flush-mount lights put on a separate circuit; installed two LED integrated fixtures in our laundry room, installed an outlet in our pantry, and installed a dozen trim kit upgrades on our recessed lighting throughout the home. The also installed a larger transformer and resolved a chronic doorbell issue with the installation of a RingPro doorbell system. They worked very quickly and were very affordable. They swapped out a fluorescent light fixture in an upstairs closet and then had to come back and replace the fixture they installed because it was defective. They did so at no additional charge. The technicians worked well with our door installers, and were very professional, attentive to our needs, and happy to explain what they were doing. They had to work in our crawl space four times, with only a 2.5-foot clearance and had to go the length of the home. They remained cheerful and got everything accomplished. Triad Electric has our business for any electrical work needed and they deliver excellent quality and an affordable price. We recommend them highly! 03/15/2024 We had three technicians sent out to hang 2 fans (15-foot ceiling), a chandelier (18-foot ceiling), two garage LED four-foot light fixtures on a 15-foot ceiling, two flush-mount light fixtures in hallway and a room, add a dimmer switch, and repair a short and replace bulbs for corner-mount exterior floodlights. All of the work was accomplished in three hours and the quality of the work, and the courtesy of the electricians, was outstanding. They sought our input on placement, hanging height, and location of furniture they needed to move out of the way. We give them our highest recommendation - A+ on all categories for this type of job. We plan to have them return for some additional work as soon as it can be scheduled.

An on- time, efficient, and effective group. The crew arrived as scheduled, quickly laid out the tasks at hand, and then went to work to finish the job. Despite challenges given by structural complexities, they accomplished the work without delay. An excellent job overview and follow-up procedures were provided. Good crew, good job! They were very communicative and knowledgeable from the first consultation to the install day. The person who gave me a quote was also able to recommend a reliable charger for me to purchase since I had no idea what I wanted or needed. The entire install took maybe 3 hours and I’ve had no issues with my ChargePoint home charger since then.

Triad electrical services are great! They installed an EV charging outlet in my garage back in April of 2023. I had no issues until now, when the outletrandomly stopped working. After reaching out, they were at my house within 24 hours. They fixed it up and installed a new outlet for me at no charge.

highly recommend Triad Electrical Services for installing an EV charger! they were able to give an estimate a few days after my request and scheduled installation 2 weeks later. The technician also helped me pick out an EVSE that would work for my electrical panel and told me what to look for when choosing a charger. They are amazing in their communication and provide accurate arrival windows. They also came in significantly below the other two estimates I got, and I was pleased with the result! I’ll definitely be a return customer for other electrical needs in the future.

It seems like everybody that works here is incredibly nice! They did a great job installing my ev charger and even though I didn’t realize I was missing the charger cable, they did all the work and calmly told me to come call them when the part came in. I really appreciate how great these folks are!
