Great job by Triad installing a 220 volt 50 amp outlet and hanging my EV charger. Job was completed in less than 2 hours including cleanup. Triad handled the required permit and inspection and provided the documentation to apply for the Duke Progress Energy rebate for installing an EV outlet.

It was great working with Triad to install my new EV charger. I was able to get an estimate on the work same day, and when my charger arrived a day early, Triad was able to fit me into the schedule a week ahead of schedule! The guys did the work expertly, and didn’t leave a mess (which way too many companies do). Can’t recommend them enough.

I had a difficult job of getting wiring from back of the house to the front. Chris was great with identifying the best easiest way to do it and his Quote was very reasonable and lower than other quotes.The men who came to do the job were also very professional and they found out an easier path through the ceiling using existing wire routes and this caused much less cutting than expected. The work was clean and would definitely recommend them for any Electrical work.

I had an EV charger installed on the side of my house. Triad was quick, friendly, and informative. They got out here to provide a free consultation within a couple days of my request, and were able to schedule me right away for my installation. They walked me through the install process, and next steps for getting reimbursement from the power company. They've also coordinated all necessary inspections. I'll be using them for all of my electrical needs going forward.

We had a mess. Old panels, no room for adding lines, under-powered areas of the house that were constantly tripping breakers. Chris and his team are, above anything else, professional. They had to coordinate the meeting inspectors while contending with terrible weather. All my punch list items were completed, and completed well. These are good guys who do outstanding and extremely competent work.

Used them to install an EV charger. Chris was excellent. Had the best price compared to the competition. There were slightly cheaper options but not so professional .Most imp points when it comes to EV installation.1. Duke energy has max 1100 dollars rebate. So if you have duke electricity for your home , you can get this rebate .2. Triad knows all the ins and outs of this.3. Triad/ Chris takes care of all the things including EV installation , city electric inspection , providing the necessary documents for duke rebate .4. He gives one price and that is it. This price includes every thing from start to finish and it includes the inspection as well. Others will give you their price and the city inspection is extra ( Cary inspection is around 200 dollars ).

There are some experiences that stay with you forever, they eventually are benchmark service you would expect each time, that is exactly what you get with Triad Electrical Services. I was in the market looking for a professional, licensed company to install charger for my EV, after talking to multiple companies and people, took a quote from Triad as well. Right from requesting an online quote to scheduling an in-person consultation (which I had to reschedule multiple times) I had a wonderful experience. Chris came for my In-House consultation, explained everything in detail, patiently, pro's/con's of each place of install, prices, rebates, process of installation, etc. I was amazed with his professional courtesy, he scheduled my installation date based on my availability and convenience. On the day of the install, I got a call from Triad that they have finished their previous job earlier than anticipated and can come an hour before scheduled time, I was out somewhere and asked if they can wait 10-15 mins for me to return, both the installers waited outside patiently and greeted with great respect on my return. They absolutely knew what had to be done, their process was methodical, professional and a complete delight once I saw the end product. Once satisfied, they cleaned after themselves and even explained the next steps, along with timings and procedures. I highly recommend their services, a true Customer Satisfaction and delight.

Our house was struck by lightning and it took out a lot of our electrical in the house. After calling around to several Electrician who said they could not help us, the staff at Triad worked us into their schedule quickly and was exactly on time. They went through the house house and made sure everything that needed to be replaced was and that all panel and circuits were working. After a day, we had an electrical incident and I called them right away and they were there the next day, rechecking the panel and lines. They also fixed a few things that they found and only charged me for the service call. All the electricians were professional, courteous and listen to our needs. They went up and beyond their jobs.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but highly recommend these folks not just for the great job they did on a Tesla wall charger, but also for the follow-up on what turned out to be a totally unrelated issue. Days after Triad installed a Tesla wall connector, my dryer breaker started tripping (purely coincidental as it turns out). I emailed Chris M in the evening to see if it could have anything to do with the wall connector and he got back to me right away. He was at the house the next day, inspected/tested the entire panel, found an issue with arcing at the dryer breaker, fixed it, and refused to bill me for the service call, even though it was clearly a separate issue and had nothing to do with the wall connector work they did. Then while he was here, he walked me through the process for the Duke rebate on the charger so I could complete that. Chris is top notch, professional, extremely responsive, and really goes out of his way for you.

I saw a Triad ad on Facebook and gave them a call to get a quote to install an EV charging station in our garage. Chris was very helpful in explaining the various options for equipment and installation. He gave us details on how to get a rebate from Duke Energy for the cost of the installation. Two fellows came to do the installation at the time scheduled and finished in about 40 minutes -- no fuss no muss. All in all very professional and easy.
